This item is applicable for nearly every Mac. We cannot currently recover data from iOS devices.

Software-Based Data Recovery
If your hard drive just isn’t cooperating — but it’s still ticking — we may be able to recover your files with our software-based solutions. Even if the drive doesn’t “mount,” we can sometimes communicate with the drive enough to grab the files you need. We’ll hook your hard drive up to our machines and do our best to extract the data.
