Hours and Contact Information
We’re available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm in the DTC Location and at our Repair Center. Our Saturday hours are 10am to 2pm at the Repair Center only. If you need after hours service, just ask. Please take a look at the options below and let us know what works best for you. We’re always up for a phone call.
Please do not hesitate to contact us, even if it’s outside of “normal business hours.” If we’re available, we’ll answer the phone and see what we can do to help. An even better solution would be email — we typically answer emails at every hour of the day. Sometimes you’ll find us respond at 2am.
Denver Tech Center Location
We just recently opened the Denver Tech Center location down the street from our Repair Center. We’re working with Intelligent Office, a shared office location near Tamarac and I-225.
They’ll help you fill out the repair form and check-in your machine at their office. We pick up machines from this location every day to expedite the repair process.
Please note: this is strictly a drop off location. We do all repairs from our Repair Center down the street. If you’d like our 1-hour turnaround on an iPhone, or need to talk to a technician please go to the repair center location below.

The Workshop is available just up the street from the DTC Location. Until we transition into a new retail space (coming this summer!) our repair department is operating out of Josh’s house… thanks for your patience during the transition!
We’re encouraging people to stop by Josh’s house so we can offer you coffee, get to know you and show you the best cases on the market.
While the DTC Location has 9am to 5pm hours, this location is flexible. If we’re available outside of the 9am to 5pm window, we’ll certainly help you out. Just call us to arrange after hours service.

Facilitation and Courier Services
If it’s difficult to make it to one of our locations, we can set up pickup and/or delivery with Quicksilver — we use them for our local courier services. It’s about $30 each way from Boulder to Parker. If there’s just no way you can make it to us, let us facilitate the back and forth.

Service from Anywhere
Don’t forget that we’ll fix any device from anywhere in the world. If you’re out of state, just order a repair and ship it to us. We attach shipping instructions to every order. If you’re outside of the US, just fill out the repair form and we’ll make sure we reach out with our shipping information. International repairs can take a couple weeks, but we’re worth the wait.
