We’re available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm at the Workshop, Our DTC Drop-off, and the Littleton Drop-off. Our Saturday hours are 10am to 2pm at the Workshop location only. If you need after hours service, just ask. Please take a look at the options below and let us know what works best for you. We’re always up for a phone call.
Please do not hesitate to contact us, even if it’s outside of “normal business hours.” If we’re available, we’ll answer the phone and see what we can do to help. An even better solution would be email — we typically answer emails at every hour of the day. Sometimes you’ll find us respond at 2am.
The Workshop is in the Denver Tech Center near I-225 and I-25. Until we transition into a new retail space (hopefully Q1 2014) our repair department is operating out of Josh’s home workshop… thanks for your patience during the transition!
We’re encouraging people to stop by Josh’s house so we can offer you coffee and get to know you. If you’re more comfortable with an actual office, both the DTC or Littleton Drop-off locations will work great!

We’re working with Intelligent Office, a shared office location near Tamarac and I-225. They’ll help you fill out the repair form and check-in your machine. We pick up machines from this location every day to expedite the repair process.

Facilitation and Courier Services
If it’s difficult to make it to one of our locations, we can set up pickup and/or delivery with Quicksilver — we use them for our local courier services. It’s less than $30 each way from Boulder to Parker. If there’s just no way you can make it to us, let us facilitate the back and forth.

Service from Anywhere
Don’t forget that we’ll fix any device from anywhere in the world. If you’re out of state, just order a repair and ship it to us. We send out the shipping instructions after every order. If you’re outside of the US, just fill out the repair form and we’ll make sure we reach out with our shipping information. International repairs can take a couple weeks, but we’re worth the wait.
